Announcement for childcare during health checkups
Since it's inconvenient to bring children to the hospital during health checkups, it has been planned that parents will take turns taking care of children according to the check-up dates

During the health check-up, the plan is that parents will take care of other's children for their scheduled date. For example, parents whose health checkup is scheduled for the 18th can leave their children with the parents who are scheduled on the 19th. For the parents who are getting health checkups on the 19th, they can leave their children with parents who had checkups on the 18th.
However, for those whose checkup is over 2 days, depending on the nature of their children, the childcare date can be adjusted. However, as many days as you left your children with other parents, you also must take care of children of other parents as requirement.
Please record in the below excel file the dates you need childcare service and the dates you can give childcare (child's name, age, parent's contact)

Parents can take care of children in room 309 in the main building using toys and playing materials provided. Please watch them carefully and keep their meal time.

건강검진 시 자녀들의 돌봄에 관한 공지
자녀들과 함께 병원에서 검진을 볼 때 불편하시기 때문에 검진 날짜 별로 나눠서 서로 자녀를 돌보아 주는 것으로 계획하였습니다.
18일 <==> 19일
20일 <==> 21일
24일 <==> 25일
건강검진 시 자녀들 돌봄은 위와 같은 날짜별로 서로의 자녀를 돌보아 주는 것을 기본으로 하겠습니다. 예를들어, 18일에 진료를 보는 분은 19일에 진료를 보는 분들께 자녀를 맡기고 검진을 받으러 가시면 됩니다. 19일에 진료를 보는 분들은 18일에 진료를 보신 분들께 자녀를 맡기고 검진을 받으러 가시면 됩니다.
그러나 검진날짜가 2일 이상이신 분, 자녀의 특성에 따라 돌봄 날짜 조정이 가능합니다. 하지만 자녀를 맡긴 날만큼 다른 자녀의 돌봄은 의무입니다.
자녀돌봄을 원하는 날짜와 부모봉사 날짜를 아래의 엑셀목록에 빠짐없이 기록하여 주세요. (자녀이름, 나이, 부모연락처 등)

자녀를 맡으신 분들은 본관 309호 자모실에서 놀이감과 재료를 이용해 아이들을 돌보아 주시면 됩니다. 아이들이 안전하도록 돌봐주시고, 식사시간 잘 챙겨주시면 됩니다.

* 309호에 준비되어 있는 명찰을 착용하게 합니다.
* 자녀의 특성에 따라 돌봄 날짜 조정이 가능합니다.
* 부모님과 떨어지면 불안을 호소하는 자녀는 검진시 함께 동행해야 합니다.
* 자녀가 없으신 분은 아이를 돌보지 않으셔도 됩니다.

考虑到各位带孩子去医院对大家体检带来不便，因此我们计划互相帮助照看彼此孩子的方法。
18日 <==> 19日
20日 <==> 21日
24日 <==> 25日
对应以上日期的体检人员可相互帮忙照看彼此孩子。 举例：18日去体检的人把孩子托付给19日去体检的人照看。同理，19日去体检的人把孩子托付给18日去体检的人照看。
但如果体检日期为2天以上的人，根据特殊性可再调节。同时，托付给别人几天，同样也需要照顾别人孩子几天。
请在EXCEL表格上填写托付自己孩子的日期和照看别人孩子的日期。（子女名，年龄，父母联系方式等）

照看孩子们的大人可以在主楼309室的儿童房。那里有玩具和一些工具可带孩子玩。请照顾好孩子们的安全和用餐时间。
* 托付自己孩子时请确认309室门前的名单。
* 请佩戴309室准备好的名牌。。
* 根据孩子们的特殊性可调节托管日期。
* 如孩子离开父母会很不安很不适应，大人体检时需带上自己孩子。
* 没有小孩的人可以不参与照看孩子。

子どもと一緒に病院で検診を受けるのは難しいので、検診日別に分けてお互いの子どもをケアすることに計画しました。

健康検診の時、子どものケアは上の日付別にお互いの子どもをケアすることを基本にします。例えば、18日診療を受ける方は19日に診療を受ける方に子供をあずけて、検診に行ってください。19日診療を受ける方は18日に診療を受ける方に子供をあずけて検診に行ってください。
しかし検診日が二日以上の方、子どもの特性によってケアの日付の調整が可能です。しかし子どもをあずけた日数分、他の方の子どもをケアすることを義務です。
子どものケアを必要とする日付と両親奉仕の日付を次のエクセル目録に欠かさず記録してください。
(子供の名前、歳、両親の連絡先など)

子どもを担当される方は本館309号子母室でおもちゃと材料を利用して子どものケアをお願いします。子どもたちが安全にケアし、食事の時間もお願いします。
* 子どもを預ける時、309号の扉に貼ってある名簿リストをチェックしてください。
* 309号に準備された名札を着用させます。
* 子どもの特性に従ってケアの日付の調整が可能です。
* 両親と離れると不安を訴える子供は検診時、同行しなければなりません。
* 子どもがいない方は子供のケアをしなくても大丈夫です。
